Job Description
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist with the setup of new user accounts and workstations.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
