Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure, assisting in day-to-day technical operations and projects and contributing to the efficiency of our systems.:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks and ensure system security protocols are adhered to.
• Support in documentation and upkeep of IT policies and procedures.
• Manage and optimize CRM system applications for efficient business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in CRM System applications.
• Basic understanding of web designing principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM system related software and tools.
• Previous experience in IT support or relevant internships.
• Experience with various web development languages and frameworks.
• Previous experience in a senior IT role or equivalent.

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
