Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Ensure data backup, security, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and procurements.
• Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with different teams to improve IT processes and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support and service management (preferably within the UAE).
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory for on-site support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL would be advantageous.
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience within the UAE.
