Job Description
- Manage and maintain the Senior Leadership team IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, devices, and security systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the highest level of security.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases and services.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Travel to different company locations across the UAE as needed for IT support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Requirements:
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
- Strong communication skills in English.
