Job Description
Job Description: As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, and providing support to our staff. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Manage and support virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deploy IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to employees.
- Assist in the development and execution of IT policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Experience: UAE: 3 years (Required)
