Job Description
1. Prepare new PC units, allocate and distribute within internal customers accordingly.
2. Install software as per installation checklist and ensure proper functionality.
3. Monitor and restrict any unauthorized access
4. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
5. Provide resolution to internal clients’ technical issues, ensure direct resolution where possible, and update progress of the assigned logs using IT Helpdesk Applications.
6. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
7. Escalate tier 2 incidents to the relevant vendor support team and follow up for the closure.
8. Direct unresolved issues to the ICT Manager
9. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
10. Maintain Datacenter infrastructure and equipment
11. Manage license usage of all Operational software.
12. Maintain restrictions to unauthorized changes and software packages.
13. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
14. Ensure customer provisioning and decommissioning is executed in a timely manner.

Requirement (qualifications and specifics):
Qualifications
1. Degree in computer studies or an equivalent qualification.
2. Certification in Microsoft, Linux and Cisco would be considered an advantage.
3. Knowledge in Contact Center solution would be considered an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge
1. Excellent command of the English language (writing, reading and verbal), Arabic would be considered an advantage.
2. Robust ability to multitask.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Windows 10, IP Telephony, networking and other hardware and software knowledge.
4. Excellent follow up and interpersonal skills.
