• Windows OS Management : Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.).
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and performance.

• Microsoft 365 (M365) Administration: Manage M365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for users including license assignments and user permissions.Troubleshoot M365 issues, including email configuration, SharePoint access, and Teams connectivity.
• Printer and Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers across the organization. Maintain printer drivers, print queues, and manage print servers.
• User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to end users through a ticketing system or direct interaction.Assist with desktop imaging, new hardware setup, and replacement of faulty components.

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-user computing support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist end users with technical issues.
