We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely solutions, and ensuring smooth IT operations for the company.

Role:

• · Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person
• · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• · Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• · Coordinate with external vendors for technical support when needed
• · Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and asset inventory
• · Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and follow up on unresolved issues
• · Assist in system upgrades, backups, and security updates

Qualifications:

• · Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• · Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
• · Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, printers, email setup, and office applications
• · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• · Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
• · Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
