Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator- LINUX to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network systems, and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Server & Network Management:

• Manage and maintain company servers to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Administer and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues promptly.

Security & IT Infrastructure:

• Manage IT security, including access controls, roles, and permissions.
• Implement best practices for data protection, firewalls, and network security.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards.

Office IT Support:

• Oversee and maintain office network and connected devices.
• Ensure reliable internet access and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including iptables, routing, VPN, NAT, bridging, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Docker, AWS, and GitLab.
• Proficiency in Linux-based systems and server management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ability to document network configurations and IT procedures clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High Level of Confidentiality & Integrity – Demonstrates absolute discretion in handling sensitive company information and ensures trustworthiness in all business matters.
• Ability to Establish and Maintain Standards & Procedures – Develops, implements, and upholds company policies, ensuring operational consistency and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Prior experience in IT administration, network engineering, or system security.
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructures and automation tools.
