Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and customized logistics solutions.
• Understand client shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable freight solutions (Air, Sea, Road, Customs Clearance, Warehousing).
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or internal reporting tools.
