Job Description

Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware systems, networking, and cybersecurity frameworks. Ensures operational continuity, system security, and digital transformation aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management

• Design, upgrade, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including physical servers, endpoints, network hardware, and cloud environments.
• Oversee hardware procurement, lifecycle management, asset tracking, and secure disposal (e-waste).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime.

Networking & Cybersecurity

• Manage enterprise network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), firewalls, and access control systems.
• Enforce cybersecurity protocols including data encryption, endpoint protection, and real-time threat detection.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and disaster recovery simulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.

ERP & AI Systems Integration

• Lead ERP implementations (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring alignment with operations.
• Deploy AI solutions for workflow automation and analytics.
• Develop project plans, oversee system configurations, and provide user training.

IT Policy, Compliance & Reporting

• Establish and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate third-party systems for compliance, document incidents, and maintain audit-ready logs.
• Report IT performance, risks, and adoption metrics to leadership.

User Training & Support

• Deliver IT training and support across all levels.
• Improve user experience through ongoing feedback collection and system enhancements.
• Support audits, certifications, and external inspections with technical documentation.
