Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced L2 System Specialist to provide advanced technical support, manage escalated issues, and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, security, and performance across servers, networks, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle L2-level incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and network systems.
• Support cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.) and hybrid setups.
• Apply security updates, patches, and backup solutions.
• Collaborate with L1 support for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Document solutions, changes, and configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT support with L2 responsibilities.
• Proficiency in server administration, virtualization, and networking.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications (MCSA, CCNA, VMware, Azure/AWS) preferred.

Experience: Technical, configuration, troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
