Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support & Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring door access control systems, CCTV cameras, and IT hardware & software solutions. The role also involves providing product demonstrations for AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) devices and ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure door access control systems, CCTV cameras, and network devices.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations for AIDC solutions such as barcode scanners, printers, and related technologies.
• Perform on-site technical support, testing, and commissioning of installed systems.
• Handle customer queries, provide training, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation of installation reports and service logs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in installation and maintenance of security systems or IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN, IP settings).
• Knowledge of AIDC products (barcode scanners, printers, POS systems) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
