We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address technology requirements.
• Manage and maintain IP phone systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and regular servicing.
• Allocate, configure, and maintain IT devices for employees, ensuring efficient operations and secure access.
• Oversee IT procurement, from evaluating vendors to purchasing hardware, software, and accessories cost-effectively.
• Support employees with technical queries, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Assist with digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and Google Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Outlook email server.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of web design and website management will be an added advantage.
