Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Mac systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor mobile devices and laptops using leading MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar).
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, policies, and controls in alignment with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinate remediation efforts, and support vulnerability management.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and endpoint protection to ensure secure, compliant devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
  • Provide high-quality Tier 2/Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues for local and remote staff.
  • Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5–8 years of relevant IT support experience, with a strong focus on Mac OS administration and support.
  • In-depth experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security tools, and secure network practices.
  • Hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional end-user support.
