Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with a strong background in real estate operations and in-depth experience with Zoho CRM and related systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho products, as well as a solid understanding of IT infrastructure in the context of the Dubai real estate market. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the technology needs of our real estate business, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer relationship management through Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT System Management:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT services and systems used across the organization, including servers, workstations, and cloud-based tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues as they arise.
- Zoho CRM Administration:
- Administer and configure Zoho CRM to align with the needs of the real estate business.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules and dashboards to optimize the customer journey, sales, and lead management processes.
- Monitor data integrity within Zoho CRM and ensure seamless integration with other systems used in the organization.
- Create, manage, and automate workflows, reports, and analytics within Zoho to support sales and customer service teams.
