We are seeking a reliable IT professional with 2–3 years of experience to handle day-to-day IT support and technical setup tasks. The role includes managing internet and router configurations, CCTV systems, laptops, PCs, and cabling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and manage internet connections and router configurations.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems.
• Perform laptop and PC setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Handle patch cabling, wiring, and basic network management.
• Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT support/technician experience.
• Knowledge of internet and router setup.
• Experience in CCTV installation and management.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with patch cabling and wiring.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in IT support within corporate or retail environments.
• Knowledge of system security and data backup processes.
