We are seeking a skilled IT professional to support and maintain our company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, manage systems and networks, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
• Ensure network security, data backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT purchases and support services.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Train employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.

Education and experience : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
