Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff across hardware, software, and networking issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure and servers Respond to IT-related requests in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved efficiently Maintain data backups and implement system security protocols Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity problems Assist with IT asset management and inventory control Coordinate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and support services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and backup systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
