Job Description

  • The Engineer should resolve assigned desktop issues and tasks onsite.
  • End user support onsite.
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Windows 10 & 11 operating system.
  • Knowledge on installation & configuration of Applications like Autodesk, AutoCAD and Architecture Software Applications.
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022.
  • Hands-on working Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, DHCP / DNS record updates.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge on RAID configurations.
  • Knowledge on Server Infrastructure for 2012 to 2022. Knowledge of troubleshooting on Windows & MAC Systems.
  • Installation & troubleshooting of MS Office products.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook, Email issues.
  • Strong Knowledge and experience on O365 Management Portal & Licensing.
  • Knowledge and experience on SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Strong Knowledge and experience on Google Workspace & its Management.
  • Knowledge and experience on Email Hosting Migrations, DNS Management.
  • Knowledge on AWS, MS Azure, MS Intune & Cloud technologies.
  • Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi AP configurations.
  • Ability to install/configure & troubleshoot various types of printers.
  • Ability to configure email accounts, outlook on PC & Mobile devices.
  • Knowledge on various Backup Technologies, Veeam backup, Cloud Backup, Acronis.
  • Understanding of Windows Servers & Hyper-V, Virtualization.
  • Knowledge on Firewalls, FortiGate, Sonic Wall, Sophos.
  • Hands on Knowledge on Firewall Policies, VPN Tunneling, SSL VPN.
  • Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems & Configurations in Meeting Rooms.
  • Knowledge on CCTV, NVR, DVR configuration and settings.
  • Knowledge on Telephone Systems configurations.
  • Demonstrate proactive approach. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per the scheduled calendar.
  • Knowledge on Assets Management, Assets & Inventory Documentation, IT Infrastructure Documentation, IT Infrastructure Assessment & Recommendations etc.
  • Excellent attitude towards user support & possess strong communication skills.

Work Experience:7+ Years.

Certification:MCSE / MCP / MCITP MCSA CCNA

Location:Dubai

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
