Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Dubai. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and performing system administration. The role also includes handling help desk support tasks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Experience in Information Technology and System Administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
