Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment.
• Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Respond to user queries and resolve issues efficiently within agreed SLAs.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Support network administration including firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Perform system backups, updates, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and system administration.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+) are a plus.
