Education & Experience

• Diploma / Associate’s / bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on operational experience
• 3–6 years of experience in L2 infrastructure or IT operations support

Technical Skills

• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience supporting Windows Server & Active Directory
• Basic Linux CLI troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with network hardware and cabling (Cat6, fiber)
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems

Nice to Have (Cost-Conscious, Not Mandatory)

• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, A+, CCST, or CCNA
• Experience with virtualization or NFVI platforms
• Exposure to firewalls and VPN technologies
• Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python)
