Job Description

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can ensure seamless IT operations, support users efficiently, and maintain a secure and stable technology environment that supports our daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality across all IT infrastructure.
• Assist employees with system access, password resets, and configuration support.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure regular upgrades or replacements.
• Support the setup of new workstations, network devices, and user accounts.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and service-related needs.
• Document IT procedures, service logs, and problem-resolution processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with antivirus tools, backup procedures, and IT security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a user-friendly approach to support.
