Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
• Manage data backup, recovery, and security measures to safeguard company information.
• Assist in setting up new users, managing access permissions, and maintaining IT asset records.
• Ensure smooth operation of office systems, including email, printers, and internal software.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and system upgrades.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, backup systems, and cloud applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
