Responsibilities:

• Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
• Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and update software and drivers
• Set up accounts, passwords, and network access for new users
• Train users on how to use computer systems and applications
• Document problems and solutions in logs and reports
• Follow IT policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT Support Engineer or similar role
• Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote-control tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and willing to learn new technology when required
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Associate’s degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Advance Knowledge of Printers, PABX Systems, Wireless Routers

Preferred knowledge of graphics design, web design etc
