Job Description

• – Assess infrastructure regularly to ensure the organization is meeting the necessary standard
• – Manage daily operations of the IT department
• – Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow
• – Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts, remote employees, vendors, and contractors
• – Protect customer data from outside infiltration using a proper encryption method, secure data servers, and other necessary means
• – Assist with the installation of new hardware and software, and organize training sessions for employees to get them aware of technology
• – Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
• – Coordinate with local suppliers, channel partners, and Telecom service providers

Key skills:

• – 3 years minimum experience in the related field
• – Through knowledge of Windows platforms
• – Experience with Mac OS, iOS, iPad hardware, and software is a must
• – Install and test application software (Adobe, MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Max).
• – Basic networking concepts to ensure PCs and Printers are communicating on the LAN and to the Intranet
• – Regularly run security scans to ensure no security breaches happen on the user devices (Antivirus and Firewall)
• – Assets maintenance, including Interactive Smartboards, Digital, and Automated Commercial Printers
• – Operating system upgrades and installations at the Server level as well as the User level.
• – Manage Printers, Scanner, along with troubleshooting with end-user issues
• – Managing the IT HELPDESK portal, where users can log a ticket with the IT Department for any help/issues.
• – Experience with Audio/Visual Equipment
• – Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
• – Excellent IT, Communication, Leadership, and Management skills
• – A good Multitasker and the ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
• – Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience: MAC OS: 2 years (Preferred)
