OceanAir Travels is looking for IT Specialist please check below details and update your profile, an experienced Odoo ERP & IT Systems Specialist to design, implement, and support our ERP ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo modules, integrating with internal and external systems, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to streamline workflows and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom modules or scripts to address specific operational needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
• Keep documentation up to date for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with departments to understand workflows and map them into the Odoo system.
• Integrate Odoo with external platforms (e.g., CRM, HRMS, accounting software, eCommerce, etc.).
• Provide daily IT support, including hardware, software, network, and server management.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues.
• Perform regular system checks, backups, updates, and patch management.
• Offer technical consultation and recommend best practices to enhance system usage.
• Generate performance and usage reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Odoo certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ERP development and IT systems support.
• Strong experience with Google Sheets and collaborative tools.
• Proven experience with networks, servers, IT security, and system administration.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
