The IT Specialist will manage and maintain the technological infrastructure of a dynamic Joiner and fit-out company. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless IT operations, and supporting the implementation of systems that enhance the company’s efficiency in design, construction, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management:
• Manage servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor hardware and software to maintain optimal functionality.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot IT problems and implement solutions promptly.
• System Implementation and Maintenance:
• Install and update software systems relevant to fit-out projects, including CAD, 3D rendering software, and project management tools.
• Manage cloud storage and data backup systems.
• Cybersecurity:
• Implement security protocols to protect sensitive company data.
• Conduct regular security audits and updates.
• Communication Systems:
• Maintain internal communication systems, including email servers and VoIP solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration between various IT platforms.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Work with IT vendors to procure, repair, or upgrade systems and hardware.
• Manage IT-related budgets and contracts.
• Training and Documentation:
• Train staff on the use of software and IT tools.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a construction or fit-out company.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Knowledge of fit-out industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or 3ds Max.
• Expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, networking protocols, and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and project management tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
