Job Description

We are seeking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our organization’s technology infrastructure, who will be responsible for all IT-related activities to ensure smooth and secure business operations, preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues (on-site and remote).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain network security, backups, and data integrity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Support and troubleshoot business applications, email systems, and communication tools.
• Document IT processes, maintain inventory of IT assets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support Engineer, or System Administrator in Real Estate industry.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
