Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, ensuring optimal network performance and uptime.
• Configure and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), including user management, file systems, and security policies.
• Oversee IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS configuration and administration to ensure efficient network operation.
• Monitor and respond to network security threats; maintain and update firewall rules and access controls.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine maintenance to safeguard data integrity.
• Deploy and support networked devices (printers, VoIP, access points, etc.) and ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct regular network performance analysis and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and speed.
• Maintain documentation for all IT systems, configurations, and network diagrams.
• Provide technical support for end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Better to have CCTV configuration experience
• SIRA certified preferred
