As an IT Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day tech operations by supporting employees, maintaining systems and networks, and enhancing data security,You’ll also contribute to IT projects and help drive innovation across the company

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are effectively implemented.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within IT systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine system checks, updates, and patch management.
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and security best practices.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) preferred.
