Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to support both hardware and software systems in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Operations:

• Generate and send daily biometric attendance reports to HR.

2. Onboarding Support (BC & LZ):

• Set up email accounts and digital signatures according to the onboarding schedule.
• Register and configure new users in the biometric system for access and attendance.
• Allocate IT assets (laptops, mobile phones) and install required software (Microsoft 365, antivirus, etc.).

3. Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printers, phones, laptops, and desktops.
• Handle basic hardware repairs or coordinate with vendors if needed.

4. User Access & Security (Exit Formalities Only):

• Deactivate user accounts and access during offboarding.
• Ensure data backup policies are followed.
• Coordinate with HR for IT asset clearance and access revocation.

5. Asset Procurement (If Required):

• Assist with purchasing IT assets as per company needs.

6. Reporting:

• Submit monthly IT status and asset usage reports (e.g., Etisalat plans) to HR, Accounts, and Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Good understanding of IT asset management and cybersecurity basics.
• Ability to multitask and handle urgent issues calmly and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
