Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. The role involves maintaining networks, servers, storage, hardware, and software, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot network systems, including LAN/WAN and firewall configurations.
• Provide IT support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and system issues.
• Maintain servers, NAS storage, and backup systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and other operating systems.
• Support IP telephony/VoIP systems and related devices.
• Monitor and maintain IT security and performance.
• Assist with hardware setup, maintenance, and upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, servers, and storage solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of IP telephony and hardware management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
