Job Description

We are looking for IT Specialist who will support day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system setups, and ensuring smooth technical operations across departments. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of IT systems who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Support software installations, updates, and license management.
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and maintenance.
• Ensure all systems are compliant with IT policies and security standards.
• Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new employees (laptops, email, credentials, etc.).
• Perform routine system backups and monitor system performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routers, switches, firewalls, IP configuration).
• Good understanding of antivirus, data backup, and security practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
