Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support (Networks) professional to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s network infrastructure and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge, hands-on IT support experience, and the ability to assist with additional systems such as CCTV, sound systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance problems.
• Document and maintain up-to-date network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Work closely with IT support teams to resolve connectivity and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and sound systems.
• Provide Level 1 IT support for end-users.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Support (Networks).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN.
• Basic understanding of system administration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
