Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage daily IT operations, ensure smooth system performance, and support integrations with developers, CRMs, payment gateways, banking platforms, and EMI services. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with both internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems, servers, and applications on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with developers for CRM, API, and platform integrations.
• Manage and support payment gateways, bank systems, and EMI services.
• Provide first-level support for CRM tools and internal applications.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with vendors/service providers.
• Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT operations/support experience.
• Knowledge of CRMs, payment gateways, and banking/EMI integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Experience in financial services/fintech preferred.
