Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Office IT Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, servers, and software.
- Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and internal communication systems.
- Handle data backups, antivirus management,server and user account administration.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by office staff.
Site IT Support:
-
- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure at project sites (routers, switches, access points, IP phones, CCTV, etc.).
- Ensure reliable network connectivity and communication between site and head office.
- Provide on-site support during system failures or project launches.
- Train and assist site users with basic IT procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of site IT equipment.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed across all systems.
- Monitor performance of IT systems and suggest improvements.
- Support deployment and upgrades of software and hardware.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and support activities.
- Respond promptly to service tickets and prioritize based on urgency.
