We are a leading software solutions company based in Dubai, currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and high-quality support to clients using our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide software training and walkthroughs to clients
• Resolve technical issues and provide effective IT troubleshooting
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous support
• Document support activities and client feedback for internal use

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates from Kerala are preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in IT or software customer support
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Quick learner, with a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus
