• Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP).
• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM.
• Develop reports & dashboards in Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Maintain Advanced Excel models (macros, Power Query, pivot tables).
• Act as IT coordinator with External AMC Provider.
• Assist in Cyber Security practices and conduct User Training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & HubSpot CRM.
• 5+ years practical implementation in Business Central/NAV (Logistics, Service, Finance modules).
• Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of IT coordination & cyber security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication & training skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
