Yamanote Atelier is a premium Japanese bakery and café concept in the UAE, renowned for its artisanal breads, pastries, and innovative culinary creations. We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our growing team and support our technology-driven operations across restaurants, central kitchen, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, POS systems, network devices, and cloud-based applications.
• Provide daily technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades, patches, and security measures.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support restaurant-specific IT needs including POS integration, digital menus, printers, and kitchen display systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Train employees on proper use of systems, software, and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role (hospitality/restaurant experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and ERP platforms is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
