We are looking for a qualified and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure at our Wadan office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi products, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and proficiency in supporting both hardware and software systems. Excellent English communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of IT experience in the UAE are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure, manage, and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi devices including access points, switches, gateways, and controllers.

· Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).

· Provide IT support for day-to-day issues related to hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, routers) and software (Windows OS, Office apps, etc.).

· Monitor and ensure network stability, performance, and security.

· Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.

· Maintain accurate documentation for IT assets, configurations, and procedures.

· Train and assist staff on the use of IT tools and Microsoft 365.

· Collaborate with external vendors or central IT when required.

Requirements

· Minimum 2-4 years of IT support experience within the UAE.

· Proven expertise with Ubiquiti UniFi systems.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tools and services.

· Good understanding of networking, firewalls, and IT security principles.

· Proficient in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken); clear communication is essential.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA Network+, or Ubiquiti UEWA are a plus.

· Familiarity with IT operations in multi-branch or remote work environments.
