Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technical Support professional. The Technical Support team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, providing assistance to internal users, managing IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Role and responsibilities: –

  • Strong Technical Support and Information Technology skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving
  • Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues and software applications ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Time punching machine.
  • Monitor and maintain the database management of the Time Attendance system and weigh bridge by updating the inflows and outflows of data.
  • Participate in IT projects such as SAP system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
  • To assist with external consultants in the development and initiation of SAP S4 HANA System customization as per requirements of the end users.
  • To develop and improve procedure manuals for all SAP modules in coordination with the IT consultants, to provide an updated help reference document for all end users of the SAP System.

Qualifications: –

  • BSc Computer Science or any equaling degree.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role.
