About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Salesman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general trade sales and a passion for Indian food products and fresh bakery items. The role involves traveling within designated territories, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to general trade stores, groceries, and retail outlets.
• Promote and sell Indian food items and fresh bakery products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Take daily orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance to management.
• Gather customer feedback and assist in resolving any product or service issues.
• Ensure product visibility and optimal placement at customer locations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Familiarity with general trade market and retail operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of local market and Indian food segment is preferred.
• Must be available to join within 2 weeks.
