Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote support for all Jollibee store IT systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS (NCR Aloha), printers, KDS, kiosks, and digital menu boards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs or escalations.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and technology rollouts.
• Maintain logs of support tickets, asset inventory, and site reports.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with POS systems (preferably NCR Aloha), peripherals, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of basic networking (LAN/WAN, cabling, routers, switches).
• Ability to handle Wi-Fi and internet issues at the store level.
• Familiarity with backup UPS systems and basic power management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, barcode printers/scanners, and remote support tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends during store emergencies.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to work independently.
• Documentation and reporting discipline.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in field support (preferably QSR/retail/hospitality).
• UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across Emirates.
