Job Description
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users onsite and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across Windows/macOS systems.
- Support Office 365, email configurations, VPN access, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, asset allocation, permissions setup).
- Manage Active Directory tasks: password resets, user groups, profile updates.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and perform periodic audits.
- Ensure data backup and recovery support, where applicable.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.
- Document incidents, solutions, and maintain service desk logs in the ticketing system (e.g., Zoho Desk, Freshservice, ServiceNow).
- Provide basic training and technical guidance to users as needed.
