Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users onsite and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across Windows/macOS systems.
  • Support Office 365, email configurations, VPN access, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, asset allocation, permissions setup).
  • Manage Active Directory tasks: password resets, user groups, profile updates.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and perform periodic audits.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery support, where applicable.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and maintain service desk logs in the ticketing system (e.g., Zoho Desk, Freshservice, ServiceNow).
  • Provide basic training and technical guidance to users as needed.
