Job Description:

Application and Case Management

  • Ensures the application process
  • Provide training to stakeholders in the use of application
  • Provide application-related support through various media (phone, email, dispatch)
  • Ensures that service level agreement and user policy are understood and carried out by stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Software Development team for issues not resolved at the Client end Rolls out updates (system, process, regulations) channel partners as needed.

Resolution of Escalated Issues

  • Provides timely Application support to team, in order to assure system stability and minimize the downtime and system disruption to the business
  • Provides technical support, guidance and direction to technical support team for the identification and resolution of information technology (IT) related issues
  • Analyzes error/fault messages and answers queries, proposes solutions and/or arranges measures

Self Development

  • Takes personal responsibility for one’s own learning and development through a process of assessment, reflection and taking action to continually update one’s skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Learning pace in learning new technologies
