Job Description

1) 5+ years of experience in Technology Operations primarily into Service Desk operations
2) Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise-wide communication system Experience
3) Experience communicating with all levels of the organization (i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group)
4) Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications,laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
5) Accurately document all work performed through the ticketing system including details and outcomes. Experience in working at BMC Smart IT is an added advantage.
6) Manage customer expectation and make sure customer is receiving highest quality of service
7) Leading the way as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Incident/request Management and Ticket Handling
8) Maintain the front-end IT infrastructure (Workstations/Laptops, Printers, Phone System, Smartphones, etc.) Should have Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting skills and ensure their reliability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: IT Service Desk: 3 years (Required)
