• We are looking for the Technical Support Professionals having 5-7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Storage,Cloud Services, Hyper V, VN ware, Linux.

Technical Support – Job

• Require IT Technical Support Person with minimum of 5-10 years’ experience working with System Integrator or any other IT company.
• Person should have hands-on experience on Server, Storage and Virtualization (VMware) mandatory .
• Experience with Backup, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Solution (Software or Hardware) will be considered.
• Job involves site survey, implementation and post sales technical support for BCDR solution.
• Good written and verbal communication with pleasant personality.
• Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales .
• Works for technology manufacturers, software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organisations

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of various technologies in the area of Server, Storage, Hypervisor and Networking for DC and Cloud Solutions.
• Experience working on Public Cloud like Azure, AWS will be added advantage Experience with Backup, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Solution (Software Or Hardware) will be considered.
• Experience of working on Data base and application Server (Oracle, SQL, SAP etc) Back up and restoration through command.
• Develop a team for technical support and monitor support tickets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
• Post sales site visit, pre-requisite, implementation, project completion, documentation and training.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
