ForteIT Computer Solutions LLC is looking for IT Tech-Support Executive please check below details and update your profile with ForteIT.

Job Description

1) Provide IT tech-support to customers on break/fix standards, or as per support-ticket raised by customers.
2) Install and deploy various hardware accessories/ peripherals and software etc.

3) Understand the problem faced by customer on using the PC asking proper questions, plan-out, explain the solution.
4) Get confirmation of planned solution along with proper time schedule approval.
5) Finish the tasks and close the support tickets.

Requirements

1) Knowledge of netwoking, IT security, Cyber security, and miscellaneous.
2) Knowledge of proper connection of various IT spares and peripherals, along with proper software and drivers installation required for attached peripherals to operation smoothly.
3) Fluency in English Language
